In the case of upgrade, repair, or remediation of software or hardware--we may contract with 3rd party services. These services may have access to your personal data.   • To defend victims of abuse. We are not duty bound to disclose or share any information that you submit to us. We still maintain the absolute right to do so, at our sole discretion or if we have any suspicion that the information is related to a victim of abuse in any way.

Abuse may include but not limited to the following; child abuse, domestic violence or neglect, elder abuse, and spousal abuse.
